Workshop and Dinner Terms and Conditions


  • Payments to be made in full prior to attending the event. (If payment has not been received members will not gain entry).
  • If any bookings are made within 10 days of the event payment must be received in cleared funds at least 1 working day before the event unless other arrangements have been made with the BBAA.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing or by email at least 5 days before the event to obtain a refund, less a £25 administrative fee, otherwise the amount paid is not refundable.
  • Confirmed participants who fail to attend the event will be charged in full.
